Neon Cursors - by Joe's Cursors

This is a collection of brightly colored animated
cursors for Windows 95/98/ME or NT/2000/XP.
They are all based on a common theme of
being a neon tube formed in the shape the cursor.
There are ten cursor schemes in the set,
consisting of five different colors (blue, green,
purple, red and yellow) and two different backgrounds
(clear and black). The different backgrounds
provide contrast with both light and dark colored
desktops. They replace all the standard
Windows mouse pointers with animated ones,
with many optional versions to choose from. Browser
cursors are provided for Windows 98 with IE4.01.
Microsoft discontinued support of the browser
cursor with IE5. The link cursor will also appear
whenever you use the "single click" setting
for "folder options" in newer versions of Windows.
These cursors will work with all Windows
color video setups (256K and up).
For those of you using Windows 2000/XP, the
cursors will automatically be available for the
user who makes the installation. For other users,
unless they also run the install program, they
will have access to the individual cursors but not
the prebuilt cursor schemes.
These cursors are copyrighted by their
author but are free for personal use.
