High Visibility Animated Cursors - by Joe's Cursors
 
This is a collection of large and brightly
colored animated cursors for Windows
95/98/ME or NT/2000/XP. These cursors are
designed for any application which needs a cursor big
enough to find, but still interesting to look at. Since
they need only 256 color video or higher, they
can be used with most laptops, where larger
cursors are needed. They are excellent for
children or individuals with limited visual acuity.
There are 10 different color cursor schemes
in the set (dark blue, light blue, green, purple,
red, yellow, black, white, inverse, and rainbow),
for a total of 257 cursors. They provide a
wide selection of replacements for all the
standard Windows mouse pointers. Browser
cursors are provided for those with Windows
98 with IE4 (Microsoft discontinued this in IE5).
The link cursor will also appear whenever you use
the "single click" setting for "folder options" in
newer versions of Windows.
For those of you using Windows 2000/XP, the
cursors will automatically be available for the
user who makes the installation. For other users,
unless they also run the install program, they
will have access to the individual cursors but not
the prebuilt cursor schemes.

author but are free for personal use.
